By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Product Information & Food Disclaimer
Our products are pet food products and nutritional supplements for pets only and are not medicines.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease in animals.
Descriptions and claims comply with UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) guidance and ASA/CAP Code; we do not make unauthorised medical or therapeutic claims.
Consult a qualified veterinarian before use, especially if your pet is pregnant, nursing, very young, elderly, taking medication, or has a medical condition.
Use only as directed on the label. Do not exceed recommended feeding guidelines.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We accept:
shopify Payment is taken at the point of order.
We may reject or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud). Any payments taken will be refunded.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas: USA only 7 days
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery; ownership passes upon full payment.
6. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Cooling-off: You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene/Food safety exception: For safety and hygiene reasons, pet food products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Subscriptions (if applicable)
Billing occurs per cycle as stated at checkout. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal via your account or by contacting us.
Promotions apply only to the stated term unless otherwise specified.
8. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
We may suspend accounts for misuse, abuse, or security concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from misuse or failure to follow feeding instructions.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
